Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Since everythign is handmade especially for your order, I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return/refund process, simply login to access your order history, and click on the return button to initiate the return/refund procedure. Or email us at email@example.com with the order number and the items you wish to return.
For damaged items, please include a photo of the packaging and item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply login to access your order history, and click on the return button to initiate the exchange procedure, or simply send us an email at email@example.com.
Gifts items are treated the same as regular items.
We will provide you with the shipping address during the return/refund/exchange process.
